As my time in Copenhagen is coming to a close, I am spending lots of time studying for finals. It has been a VERY busy week school wise, as we had to put together our presentations for our behavioral economics class. For this class, we had to create our own experiment and actually run it while in Copenhagen. My group explored the threshold that it takes to break social norms. While we had to do this, we also had to study for our microeconomics final.
During our final days of class, we had a guest speaker from the University of Copenhagen. He talked to our class about why Uber is banned in Copenhagen, how AirBnB has effected the hotel market, and why cheaper airlines like RyanAir are able to be successful.
During our final night in Copenhagen, our group went to a nice dinner together with our professors and staff members who helped us along the way. It was a wonderful way to wrap up the trip before every leaves to go back to America.
